1) All warranty concessions and claims listed below are effective for the original purchaser only.

2) Pro-Angler must have received warranty card within 30 days of purchase.

3) Each claim, regardless of fault and separate to accumulated costs listed below, is subject to a A$25 fee to cover return postage and insurance.

4) All rod components, in particular all broken sections, must be sent freight prepaid, and include a brief explanation, contact, return postage and payment of fees details.

5) No Fault Warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship. Periods being;

• Aire Salt - Lifetime
• Aire - Lifetime
• MasterPlus - Lifetime
• Legend - 3 Years
• Wizard - 1 Year
• Other rods- 12 months

Expectant wear, treatment and age are also considered during evaluation.

6) Warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, misuse, irregular maintenance, intentional or accidental breakage, loss or theft, customised or modified rods, incidental or consequential damage. Replacement sections required from above breakages for original owner incur the A$25 fee, plus 10% of the current rod cost, per section.

7) At Pro-Anglers discretion, we will repair or replace items, in whole or part.

8) If the warranted model is no longer available, Pro-Angler can substitute a comparable model.

9) Upon a genuine claim, the original owner has the option of the Stalker trade in/upgrade to a superior model. (Refer trade in options)

10) Pro-Angler appreciates the inconvenience warranty claims can impose. We will endeavour to return rectified products within 48 hours of receipt, thus minimising excessive non fishing time.
