Mako's exclusive range of fishing glasses are suitable for all your fishing requirements, cutting water surface glare and offering clear field of vision.

Polarised lenses block out a lot of scattered and reflected light so you can see below the surface of the water much more clearly.
Using MAKO Photocromatic lenses reduces this tension as the lens adjusts to the light levels, meaning you can still wear them when the sun goes behind clouds.

This photo chromatic polarised glass lens will provide you with premium visual comfort indoors and outdoors. This lens changes shade to adjust to the level of light. When outdoors the exposure to the sun causes a chemical reaction that darkens the lens to adjust to the level of UV exposure. When indoors the absence of UV rays causes this reaction to reverse. Tips on care for your glasses
  • It is recommended that you use your polarised glasses for fishing activities only. Use another pair for driving or non angling use.
  • Keeping your glasses clean, scratch free will not only catch you more fish, but will save you money by not having to frequently replace broken or scratched lenses.
  • Never lend your glasses to friends. (They never look after them).
  • At the end of the day put your rod away first THEN your polarising glasses.
  • Note: good quality glasses cost as much as a fly rod!! They are worth looking after
